This 7 day adventure packed retreat gives you the opportunity to explore your many sides with strength, playfulness, and serenity.  Each day will be opened with an exhilarating workout with HIIT exercises, yoga sculpt, or a mile long fun run on the JUNGLE OBSTACLE COURSE! After our workout we will nourish ourselves with an organic locally sourced breakfast.  After breakfast enjoy some down time to explore the grounds, sit in nature and journal, or take a dip in the pool.  Each day an optional outing will be planned as a group with transportation to and from the location covered in the cost of the trip.

38 Day Challenge:

Hot Body // Chill Mind

WHO:  Anyone who wants to participate on the internet and otherwise

WHAT:  38 Days (1 month, 1 week, and 1 day) of doing, speaking, seeking, and challenging the best versions of themselves through guided daily reflection, mantra, exercises, yoga poses, and more!

WHERE:  Wherever you are ( + on the internet!)

HOW: Upload photos of themselves completing the “challenge of the day” with proper hashtags

WHY: Because everyone deserves to feel their best, and being happy within our own body and mind is an everyday workforce. Hot Body, Chill Mind. 

So I've heard A LOT of talk about the shuffle for summer bodies, summer flings, summer trips, summer heat etc etc etc. Basically, there is a shift approaching on us my friends, and we have a choice to go with the groove of it or just keep talking about how everything is changing around us.

As a yoga instructor, I am a body/mind enthusiast. I work everyday with people who are physically and mentally committed to being the best versions of themselves. After recent reflections, I started to think of how I could share the immense power I watch people unlock within their own 'ness' with as many people as possible. Everyone has this little tick inside them that wants to do better, feel better, speak better, dance better, and love better, but not everyone is always present enough to keep themselves accountable to ask, "is this serving the best version of me?"

SO, (drum roll...) I have created a 38 day HOT BODY, CHILL MIND challenge. It is one month, one week, and one day of you falling head over heels for yourself completely (not just your summer body, I want you to fall in love with your brains too!) Each day I will be posting a mantra, yoga pose, exercise, or healthy recipe to help you get it right, get it tight, and get your life!!!!
